Poultry is considered as one of the world’s major and fastest producers of meat. It is the most progressive animal enterprise today. In the Philippines, poultry has been a significant contributor to the country’s agriculture sector. According to Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), most subcategories of the livestock sector reported increased production in the first quarter of 2019, led by the egg-laying poultry segment.
